In a Burner fuel, evaporating from vaporizing laying, mixes up with the given air. In the combustion chamber fuel-air mix burns down, heating thereby the heat exchanger. We would advise replacing the gasket set when installing a new Burner Assy.

SUITABLE FOR:

Dismantling:
1.Remove the heater.
2.Disassemble the case.
3.Remove the control unit.
4.Remove the overheating sensor.
5.Remove the air motor.
6.Remove the flame sensor on the petrol version.
7.Remove a glow pin.
ATTENTION! When carrying out the following works be convinced that the fuel tube isn't deformed.
8.Remove a plate.
9.Pull out a spherical pipe and consolidation from the heat exchanger. Consolidation is subject to replacement.
10.Carry out works on the removed components.

Installation:
1.Install new consolidation in the heat exchanger and to bring a spherical pipe into adjusting situation.
2.Establish a glow pin.
ATTENTION! During the following works to pay attention to integrity of a fuel tube.
3.Install a torch in the heat exchanger. The cable of the sensor of a flame has to pass under a fuel tube.
4.3 to fix a Burner and a clamping level by screws.
5.Tighten screws with the moment 6±0,6 nanometers.
6.Establish the air motor.
7.Install the control unit.
8.Install the overheating sensor.
9.Establish the heat-insulating pro-rates.
10.Assemble the case.
11.Install the heater.
