Steps to Return Your Item:

Request a Return
- Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Prepare Your Return
- Ensure that the item(s) you are returning are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a secure alternative.

Attach the Prepaid Label
- Affix the prepaid return shipping label we provided to your package. Be sure to cover any old labels or barcodes.

Drop Off the Package
- Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location (as specified on the prepaid label). There is no additional cost to you—return shipping is free!

Receive Your Refund
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
